SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery of Dzuk Caviar Orders
- All caviar is shipped chilled in specially insulated packaging designed to maintain low temperatures for up to 48 hours. Orders generally arrive fresh the day after they are sent.
- Perishable orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM (London Time) are dispatched the same day unless you request a different shipping date.
- Saturday delivery is not guaranteed for all postcodes. If your order is urgent, please contact us so we can try to arrange the fastest possible option.
- Standard delivery charges:
- £35.00 for overnight delivery of perishable items
- £15.00 for ground delivery of non-perishable items
- Product photos shown online are for reference only. Actual items or brands may vary.
Customer Information & Address Requirements
- Orders placed through Dzuk Caviar can be shipped within the UK only. International customers should get in touch for overseas delivery options and pricing.
- Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. A full street address and contact number must be provided.
- We cannot take responsibility for delays or mis deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check the recipient’s address and postcode before placing your order.
- To protect against fraudulent activity, first-time customers using different billing and shipping addresses may be contacted for verification. Your order will be shipped only once confirmation is received.
- Any special delivery notes should be added during checkout in the “Order Instructions / Comments” section.
Please note: We are not liable for delays or losses on shipments requested with “no signature required,” or for delays beyond our control.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please check your order immediately upon arrival.
To help with any claim for damage, keep both the product and the packaging exactly as received.
If your delivery appears damaged or tampered with, contact us and/or the courier straight away so we can assist you.
